Account Coordinator

Pierce PR is looking for an account coordinator to join our stellar team. As an account coordinator, you will play an integral role in telling our clients’ stories. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, a student mentality and passion for excellence.

  • Manage social media for clients (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • Write all of the things (press releases, social media copy, blogs, etc.)
  • Design graphics (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop is a plus)
  • Manage email campaigns (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Active Campaign, Keap, Emma, etc.)
  • Manage website/analytics
  • Conduct media research and pitch local, regional and national media
  • Support the planning and execution of client events
  • Work closely with senior management to provide strategic direction and insights related to account activities

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of post-college PR (or equivalent business experience)

Senior Account Manager

Pierce PR is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team of energetic and thoughtful professionals. As Senior Account Manager, you’ll play an integral role in telling our clients’ stories. The ideal candidate possesses digital marketing skills, a love of learning and a knack for connecting the dots.

You’ll help manage a variety of B2B clients, have access to development opportunities to build and grow your PR skills and be a key representative of the firm in both the industry and community.

  • Supporting strategy development and execution of programs
  • Serving as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients 
  • Developing social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) 
  • Helping develop client content, including media materials, social media copy, blogs, media pitches, bylines, and Q&As 
  • Event planning and execution (attending client events) 
  • Working closely with senior management to provide strategic direction and insight related to account activities 
  • Recommending and executing media strategies that generate coverage; builds and nurtures strong relationships with media contacts 
  • Demonstrating ownership to train and mentor junior team members and new hires; regularly coach and give feedback for improvement  
  • Participating in new business activity, playing a significant role in providing research, media playbooks, creative ideas and presenting in new business meetings 
  • Collaborating with senior team members to deliver strategic and creative work for clients 
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • 5-7 years of post-college PR agency experience
  • MUST live in the Nashville area
  • Strong writing skills and solid understanding of traditional PR, media relations, and digital marketing/graphics
  • Extremely organized with an ability to juggle multiple campaigns/deliverables at once
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment 
  • Quick turnaround time with work; displays resourcefulness
  • Enthusiasm for our clients and our work
  • Client-focused – anticipate client needs and continually come up with ways to drive their business forward 
  • Self-motivated problem solver; willing to step in and assist the team when workloads are full
