The operations manager plays a vital role in supporting the culture and growth of Pierce PR. Working closely with the firm’s director of operations, president and VP of client experience, key priorities include recruitment and HR support, internal operations and event execution, business development support, process development and support, and administrative and scheduling support.
This team member will coordinate cross-functional needs that contribute to employee engagement, client relationship development and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, detail-oriented, adaptable and energized by supporting a collaborative and people-focused culture. No two days will look the same, and that’s exactly what excites them.
Annual responsibilities and KPIs will be reviewed quarterly to track progress, provide feedback and support professional development.
