To say I’ve picked up some know-how throughout my internship would be an understatement, but I’m sharing some of what I’ve learned and reflecting on the power of asking for what you want out of your work.
Women’s History Month provides us with the opportunity to reflect on the women who came before us, the women we’re becoming, and the ways we can open doors for the women who will come after us.
Regardless of your role, having great communication skills only improves your ability to lead. It helps you better motivate your team, create a culture of open and honest feedback, and keep people organized and on the right track.
Since the fall of 2022, we’ve had the privilege of working with Belmont University senior Evan Dorian as an intern on the Pierce PR team. Evan is finishing his last semester at Belmont University, working towards a degree in public relations and interning with us through his graduation.
